The West End Campus is a 3.4-acre assemblage on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, comprised of an 8-story, 400,000-square-foot building at 125 West End Avenue; a 6-story, 131,000-square-foot television studio facility at 320 West 66th Street; and an over 1.2-acre development parcel. Situated at the western apex of West 65th Street and served by the 1, 2, 3 subway lines, the site is conveniently positioned for regional access. These factors were invaluable to Chrysler Motor Company and The New York Times, two of the site’s previous owners, as well as the most recent tenant, The Walt Disney Company/The American Broadcasting Company, which occupied the site as part of its New York City headquarters from 1985 to 2021.
Taconic Partners is advancing the conversion of the 125 West End Avenue building into a state-of-the-art, purpose-built research and laboratory complex, which will meet the growing and unmet needs of the rapidly expanding life sciences sector in NYC.
