The West End Campus is a 3.4-acre, 511,000 square-foot assemblage comprised of a 7-story, 380,000 square-foot office building at 125 West End Avenue; a 5-story, 131,000 square-foot purpose-built television studio facility at 320 West 66th Street; and a 49,900 square-foot outparcel. At roughly 380’ x 460’, the West End Campus is one of the few remaining Manhattan “super blocks” and is ideal for a wide range of uses including office, retail, production, and education, among others.

Situated at the westernmost end of West 66th Street, near the West Side Highway and served by the 1, 2 and 3 subway lines that run along Broadway, the site is conveniently positioned for both freight and transit. These factors were invaluable to Chrysler Motor Company and the New York Times, two of the site’s previous owners, as well as the current sole tenant, The Walt Disney Company/The American Broadcasting Company, which has occupied the site as part of its New York City headquarters since 1985.
