15 Little West 12^th Street is a five-story, 82,000 square-foot building located mid-block between Ninth Avenue and Washington Street, and through-block between West 13^th and Little West 12^th Street, in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. Taconic took over the property mid-construction in 2010 and completed the development, creating a luxurious office and retail space that quickly became one of the area’s most desired buildings. The high-quality new construction, coupled with the cultural and commercial appeal of the Meatpacking District, led to strong interest in the property from creative and technology companies for space in the building. The property was sold in 2011.
