Blake is primarily responsible for project management, construction oversight, design development, preconstruction, and contract negotiations. While at Taconic, Blake has focused on the Essex Crossing development, which is made up of over 1,000 new residences, 400,000 square feet of office space, and 450,000 square feet of retail space located across nine separate parcles.
Prior to joining Taconic in 2018, Blake worked at Gilbane Building Company in their residential construction division as a project engineer and site superintendent. He was responsible for managing the construction of multiple luxury buildings in New York City including 855 6th Avenue and 525 West 52nd Street. Blake earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a concentration in structural engineering from Manhattan College.
