Chris is responsible for acquiring properties across various asset classes throughout the New York City metro and expansion efforts across the country. He manages the deal-level acquisition process including sourcing, execution, underwriting, debt and equity placement, and due diligence. In his time at Taconic, Chris has led or been directly involved in the acquisition and financing of over $2.5 billion of real estate.
Prior to joining Taconic in 2017, Chris served as an Analyst at the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in real estate development from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
