John is responsible for the management and operations of Taconic’s more than 5.8 million square foot New York City commercial portfolio. He oversees the Property Management and Facilities Management teams, implements capital improvement programs, and manages critical system infrastructure. John directs a team of professionals who manage a broad spectrum of real estate holdings, including corporate headquarters, data centers, high-end retail space, and life science buildings. During his tenure at Taconic, John has worked on the redevelopment and repositioning of 111 Eighth Avenue, 450 Park Avenue, 401 West 14th Street, and the Bank Note building in the Bronx.
Prior to joining Taconic in 2000, John was a property manager for Hines Interests, where he oversaw the operation of Morgan Stanley’s Manhattan headquarters and data center facilities, and served as a property manager at Newmark & Company Real Estate. John began his career at Fosterlane Management, where he managed residential and commercial properties on behalf of the Kuwaiti Investment Authority. John attended Columbia University School of General Studies.
