Penny is responsible for development projects, managing design and development work from zoning analysis, pre-development planning and budgeting, through contract negotiation, design and project management, sales and marketing coordination. At Taconic, Penny’s primary projects include 311 West 42nd Street and 410 West 207th Street.
Before joining Taconic, Penny was a Senior Associate at Onex Real Estate Partners, responsible for the design management of a $500M, 750-unit luxury condominium project in New York City. She has worked as a consultant and owner’s representative on premier sustainability projects including the Cooper Union New Academic Building, several projects at the University of Virginia campus, the New York Wheel, and the Zuellig Building in Manila. Penny earlier worked as an architect with design firms in New York City, focusing her work on residential and mixed-use projects. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration degree from NYU Stern School of Business. Penny is a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional.
