Rick leads Taconic’s residential business and is responsible for formulating and executing asset level business plans and budgets and directing a team of asset management and property management professionals. Rick works with Taconic’s Acquisition, Development and Construction teams to ensure that new residential properties are successfully transitioned into Taconic’s operating portfolio. Rick is a member of the company’s Strategic Operating Committee.
Prior to joining Taconic in 2020, Rick was the Head of Asset Management at Delshah Capital, a distressed real estate investment company. He also held positions in asset management at Carmel Partners, a real estate fund manager focused on multifamily properties, and in acquisitions, asset management and property management at The Dermot Company, a New York City based developer and operator of multifamily assets. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
