Steven assists in all areas of the real estate investment process throughout New York City and the tri-state area with responsibilities that include deal structuring, preparation of investment summaries, financial underwriting, and asset due diligence.
Prior to his role at Taconic in 2022, Steven worked at a Blackstone portfolio company, Revantage, where he focused on valuations and reporting for Blackstone’s assets. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, double-majoring in Real Estate and Finance.
