Tom is primarily responsible for project management, construction oversight, design development, preconstruction, and contract negotiations. While at Taconic, Tom has focused on the commercial renovation of 125 West End Avenue, which consists of the repurposing of over 350,000 square feet of office space into a robust life science space.
Prior to joining Taconic’s Construction & Development team in 2020, Tom worked at Taconic Management Company as a project manager. He was responsible for managing major capital improvements at Taconic’s Quality Communities portfolio which includes Eastchester Heights and multiple residential buildings in the Bronx. Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a concentration in structural engineering from Manhattan College.
