Ridge Hill is a 74-acre, 1.2M SF mixed-use lifestyle center in Yonkers, NY and is occupied by a mix of local and national retail, entertainment, and office tenants. The project was built in 2011 and benefits from being at the center of some of Westchester’s highest earning communities and is only a 20-minute car ride from New York City. The site sees over 7.5M visitors annually.

Taconic Partners is repositioning the asset by bringing in best-in-class programming, upgrading the merchandizing mix and activating previously underutilized areas of the project. Notable tenants include Apple, Whole Foods, Sephora and Lowe’s.
