Rafael is involved in all aspects of the real estate investment process throughout New York City and the tri-state area with responsibilities that include financial analysis, asset management, investment due diligence and assisting in capital markets execution.
Before joining Taconic in 2024, Rafael was a real estate acquisitions analyst at Barings, where he focused on institutional equity investment opportunities across the Eastern US. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, double majoring in real estate and finance.
