Billy assists in all areas of the real estate investment process throughout New York City with responsibilities that include deal structuring, preparation of investment summaries, financial underwriting, and asset due diligence.
Before joining Taconic in 2022, Billy was an Associate Director at Upland Property Advisors, a boutique capital markets brokerage and advisory firm. Prior, Billy was a Senior Associate at TerraCRG where he gained brokerage experience in the Brooklyn market. Billy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in environmental science from Trinity College.
