Margaux is responsible for managing all aspects of a project’s development timeline, including predevelopment, design development, contract negotiations and insurance, project budget and financial tracking, marketing and leasing. Since joining Taconic, Margaux’s focus has been on 202 Broome Street at Essex Crossing, 2 Hudson Square, and Taconic’s life science portfolio, specifically 125 West End Avenue and 309 East 94th Street.
Prior to joining Taconic in 2019, Margaux worked as an Assistant Project Manager with Dixon Projects on their Private Client Team. She was responsible for managing a team of architects, interior designers, and contractors to complete a range of residential and commercial renovations. Margaux earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where she also earned a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering Management.
