Matthew is responsible for all aspects of Taconic’s commercial property portfolio, including asset management and oversight of property management. Matthew has led or been directly involved in the repositioning, development, and disposition of over 5 million square feet of New York City real estate. He is responsible for marketing and branding, lease and contract negotiations, capital improvement projects, asset and portfolio strategy, and financing and dispositions. Matthew has experience in a broad variety of property and tenancy types including office, R&D/laboratory, retail, data center, medical, and industrial.
Prior to joining Taconic in 2006, Matthew was a Financial Analyst at Toll Brothers City Living where he was responsible for underwriting acquisition and development opportunities. Matthew graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and earned his Master of Science in real estate with a concentration in development from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
