Sheldon manages Taconic’s Sunbelt multifamily strategy. He is responsible for acquisitions, leading Taconic’s effort to identify, negotiate and structure transactions.
Sheldon joined Taconic after a decade with Prospect Ridge where he worked on acquisitions and asset management for equity investment vehicles (core plus, value-add, and opportunistic) and worked directly on the acquisition and asset management of ~7.5k units across Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, Colorado, and Arizona. Prior to Prospect Ridge, he spent two years at Cantor Fitzgerald in the Real Estate CMBS group. Sheldon holds a BA in Economics and Film Studies from Washington University in St Louis.
